Smoking Cessation

Tobacco usage, such as smoking and vaping, is prevalent throughout our region in both adults and youth in middle and high school. The user rates and associated risks make this a priority health concern for our communities. Because most people know that smoking is dangerous to their health, our cessation efforts focus almost exclusively on how to quit, not why to quit.
