    Connect to a Mobile App

    Send Information from MyChart to a Third Party App

    To connect your Owensboro Health data:

    1. Download any third-party health monitoring app
    2. Select Owensboro Health from the list
    3. Login with your Owensboro Health MyChart credentials

    Login MyChart to grant access. Data will now be available in the third-party app. 

    Send Information from an App to MyChart

    This option will only appear if your physician has requested this information. Once you have completed these steps, your data will automatically sync and send to your physician.

    It’s easy to connect Owensboro Health based health information to mobile health apps on your smart devices.  

    Use your up-to-date data with apps like: 

    • Weight loss apps
    • Diabetes monitors
    • Medication reminders
    • Insurance company apps

    Manage Third Party Access

    To remove or grant access between Owensboro Health MyChart and your selected app:

    1. Log into MyChart: https://mychart.omhs.org/mychart/
    2. Click "Menu"
    3. Search the menu for "Share my Record" or scroll to the Sharing section
    4. Select "Share my Record"
    5. Scroll to the bottom and select "Review which devices or apps can see your information"
    6. Choose "Unlink" to remove access. Choose "Allow access" to grant access.
