Aayushma Shah, MD, earned her medical degree at Nepal Medical College in Kathmandu. She completed her internal medicine residency at Memorial Healthcare System in Hollywood, Florida.
Dr. Shah says her choice of internal medicine reflects her lifelong desire for personal growth, learning, and serving humanity. “Being a physician is a privilege, and treating a patient back to health is both awe-inspiring and fulfilling,” says Dr. Shah.
In addition to providing disease prevention and health maintenance, Dr. Shah has special interest in managing diabetes, high blood pressure, high cholesterol, thyroid disorder, polypharmacy and depression in her patients.
